Vehicle inspection

One phone, one walk-around, one record.

The report writes itself as you walk around the car.

For iOS 15.6 or later and Android 7.0 or later.

VIN and registration certificate

Scan the VIN with the camera instead of typing it. CarCheck360 decodes the car's details from it.

Then photograph the registration certificate, front and back. The app reads the details from it, including the first registration date. A VIN doesn't contain that date.

If the certificate belongs to a different car, the app tells you.

The walk-around

The app guides you around the car in a fixed order. Front right, front left, rear left, rear right.

Photos are taken in landscape. If the phone is tilted, the shutter won't fire. The app then shows "Straighten phone".

4+2 photo slots

Four corners of the car, plus the front and back of the registration certificate.

You work through the checks on your phone, step by step.

If a check fails, enter the cost yourself. Or tap "Estimate costs" and the AI prices every failed checklist item, in seconds. There are minimum prices for 74 issue types.

Damage at 279 locations

Pick the part from 279 named damage locations, or "Not Specified". Shoot in landscape and mark the damage with a rectangle. Dictate your notes, and the app transcribes them.

The camera gives live help as you take photos.

It marks the damage and tells you whether you need to move closer or add more light. The live camera help gives hints, nothing more. It doesn't measure anything or name a price.

  • "Move closer to damage"

  • "Add more light"

  • "Clear view · take photo"

Before a price appears, the system checks for itself.

An image AI first checks that the photo really shows this part damaged. No verified photo, no price — only the reason.

Estimates run only when you ask. You can enter your own amounts at any time.

Signal gone, nothing lost.

If the connection drops, your draft stays on the device. Nothing you have captured is lost.

The inspection report

At the end, you get the inspection report (PDF): your logo at the top, your company details at the bottom. It comes in your location's language, in English and always in German.

Inside: damage on five silhouette views, photos of each damaged area and an estimate for each item.

Planning value, not a workshop quote.

Plus the consent form, which your customer signs right on the phone.
